Pribilof cliffs

The seabird cliffs of St. Paul Island in the Pribilofs are fantastic. Here you may sit and watch puffins, murres, Parakeet Auklets, Least Auklets, Crested Auklets, Red-legged and Black-legged kittiwakes, Northern Fulmars, and Red-faced Cormorants, sometimes only a few feet away. One could sit here for hours, maybe even days (I could) watching the action. It is a really special place, a wild and gorgeous place. Oh, by the way, even though we visit in the summer Alaska can be a chilly place—notice the warm clothing on folks.
